When it comes to the abundance of food trucks in the Amarillo area, it is safe to say we have our share. It doesn't matter what kind of food you like, we probably have a place that offers something to tempt your tastebuds.

It's great to see the parking lot locations full with new places for us to try. If you like BBQ, we have several options, Mexican food, yes, we have options too. You want to try new sweet treats, yes, many food trucks to help you find a new favorite.

The Newest Ice Cream Parlor Has a Familiar Face

It hasn't stopped with that. Nope, there is a new ice cream parlor coming to town. If the name Cow sounds familiar, it stands for cream over waffles, and has been a very successful ice cream, sweet treat food truck.

That is all about to change. Cow is not going away. They are getting a place for you to now go inside and grab your ice cream and a table. Not only that, they have even expanded their menu with food options as well.
