Luckily, it hasn't even been a month since his announcement, when another one comes. This is not the end of the road. There is going to be a new person taking the lead. According to Hey Amarillo Podcast:

Hey Amarillo, Surprise: We’re passing the mic!
In this episode, Jason is back to announce Skylar Gallop will pick up the podcast and continue telling the stories of our neighbors and community. Hear her background, approach to this new-to-her project, and what you can expect as a listener moving forward.
We hope you enjoy this brief “hand off” episode and stay tuned for much more from your favorite local storytelling podcast!
So Jason Boyett is heading back for one more episode. This episode is passing on the torch to Skylar Gallop. There are still a lot more people in Amarillo to meet. A lot more topics to discover. Come along for the ride.
