Amarillo is a great place to be for summer activities. If you are looking for something for the kids to do, there are plenty of options. Even though school is closed, you can keep them learning. That is not hard to do.

We have great organizations that just want to get the kids out and learning. One of those great places is Storybridge. They want to make sure that every kid has the opportunity to read. They have lots of books and get them into the hands of kids who will love to read them, or have them read to them.

This summer, Storybridge is having plenty of events around Amarillo to get more books into the hands of our Amarillo kiddos. They are hosting Summer Storytime. Not only will your little one have the chance to hear a great story, but they will.

What story would be complete without a snack? Those will be provided. Every kid who shows up to storytime will also be able to pick a book to bring home with them.
