If you're anything like me, you can get a bit scatterbrained and forget to do certain things. You know, like pay bills when they're due. It's just one of those things that can easily slip your mind from time to time.

You get paid, you let out a woohoo, then start buying up all the things you have been eyeing, you go out to dinner, etc. Then a few days later, you say whoops, forgot to pay my utility bill.

It's an easy thing to do, but it's also something that can quickly catch up to you. Now, I have a family of five, so this idea I'm going to give you doesn't really work for me, however, for many of you, it could.

Have you ever thought about finding an apartment to live in where they pay the bills for you? You're intrigued aren't you. Well good news, because there are several places like this in Amarillo where the number they give you for rent includes those utility type of bills already paid for you.

Basically, they bake the amount of what those utilities would cost into your rent amount, so when you drop that monthly check in the drop box, you can breath easier knowing your water or lights won't get shut off.

One place I've seen mentioned was Buena Vista Apartments. According to a user on Reddit, ALL the bills are covered in your rent amount, and you get free internet there on top of it. You get a discount on first months rent. and they offer up 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Perfect for those with families of up to four.

Another one mentioned that covers everything in your rent, including internet, is Parks at Granite. Now, I did notice someone mention that they were thinking of scrapping that idea so you may want to check with them before hopping over there.

There were a couple mentioned that will cover everything EXCEPT electric. Those places were Canterbury Apartments and Ridgecrest.
